After 14 days the time of the order, refund requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Because these items are custom art pieces, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

Customers are otherwise responsible for the item once delivered.

In short: you are stuck with it unless it arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service using 2-Day Ground shipping unless otherwise requested.
